Hey there friends! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!! Mine was busy with projects, but that’s the usual for me. I ran to Hobby Lobby Saturday night to pick up something that I needed to finish up a DIY that I’ll be sharing with you all soon. I drove 45 minutes and stood in line at Hobby Lobby for 20 minutes to buy $2 wooden stars. The things I will do for a DIY! lol. Anyway, who’s excited that December is here!? If I didn’t have Christmas stuff everywhere, I would think it was July! I was in a tank and shorts decorating my Christmas porch over the weekend. Can you believe it was in the 80s here!? I was literally breaking a sweat while I was putting up Christmas decorations. That’s not even right!
But it was all worth it because today I’m joining some of my friends to share our Christmas porches. And keep on reading because I have a fun giveaway below!
If you are hopping over from Lora B, welcome to my front porch! Wasn’t her vintage sled beautiful!? And how creative were all those ways to decorate it!
Christmas Porch Tour

My front porch is pretty small and my door is off center, so it’s not the easiest space to decorate. I always find myself challenged with what to do for each season. I’m never quite able to do what I want because of the awkward space, but I enjoy the challenge of trying to make it work.
That’s one of my biggest tips when it comes to decorating… keep trying different things until you find what works for you. I changed up the porch 3 times before I was finally okay with the way it looked.
I picked up the cedar garland from Home Depot on Black Friday for $16. It’s actually a 20′ strand of garland that I folded in half to make it look a little thicker around my door.
JOY Sign
The large JOY sign is an easy DIY. It’s just 3 fence posts attached with a few 2×4’s across the back. I drew the letters on the board then painted and distressed them. Easy peasy!
I placed an evergreen in a vintage enamel pot in front of the sign. Because I love adding in vintage touches any way that I can.
Vintage Sled
My vintage sled is one of my favorite Christmas decor items! I attached a flocked stem and a bow at the top of it to make it a little more festive. Then threw in a blanket and pillow to give the space a little coziness.
I picked up the galvanized buckets at Kirkland’s and placed more evergreens in them. Then, to soften my Christmas porch up a little, I added some poinsettias in a vintage wood tool caddy that I had.
Doormats
I searched and searched for a Christmas doormat and couldn’t quite find what I was looking for. When I went to Home Depot on Black Friday to pick up the garland, I happened to notice this one and it was perfect! I was able to snag it for less than $10!
The black and white rug underneath is from Target. I love the look of layered mats. I always keep the black and white rug as my base and layer cute holiday mats on top.
The Giveaway
Now let’s talk about this gorgeous wreath from Lynch Creek Farm! They are a family-owned company dedicated to making beautiful evergreen products without damaging the environment. They do this by trimming the lower branches of younger coniferous trees along the foothills of the Cascade Mountains.
Each of their decorated holiday wreaths are handcrafted to a finished size of 26 inches. And they offer FREE shipping on all of their products! You can get your wreath delivered right to your door(step) in 2-6 days. Oh, and there is NO TAX. What what!!!
My sweet friends at Lynch Creek Farms would like to give one of these beautiful wreaths to one of my followers. To enter the giveaway, just find the above picture on my Instagram feed and follow the instructions posted with the picture. Good luck!
Note: I have a filter on all of the photos above that alters the true color of the beautiful wreath (I’ve started trying to give my photos more of a vintage look). I’ve included a picture below for you to see the true vibrant colors of the evergreens.
Whelp, that was a short a sweet tour of my little porch. I hope that it has given you a few ideas for your space. Remember, just keep trying different things until you put something together that you love.
