Y’all! Fall is right around the corner. How did this even happen? Those summer months just seem to slip by. My kiddos went back to school today and I just wanted to cry. But seasons change and life goes on.
As much as I am loving my Lemony Fresh Summer Decor, the season is coming to an end and it’s time to start planning for the next. It’s always hard when good things come to an end, but it’s usually because there is something better coming your way.
Speaking of better. Fall has always been my favorite season. I love the change in colors and the cooler weather that the fall brings. And pumpkin spice lattes. Need I say more!? Give me a pumpkin spice anything and I’m a happy girl.
I’ve been giving a lot of thought to my fall decor lately. I’m wanting to do something different than the traditional orange. I realize that orange pretty much defines fall, but it’s just not one of my favorite colors. I’ve been thinking of adding lots of neutrals, like white pumpkins, wheat stalks, wicker baskets, deer antlers, and silk hydrangeas.
I’ve been browsing Pinterest for some inspo on neutral fall decor and I’m crushing on so many beautiful pics so I thought I’d share them with you today.

These are gorgeous photos and pins, and definitely great inspiration for the fall season. Even though it is hot and summer will last months longer here I started swapping out my summer bright decor for a more neutral theme. I am having too much fun with it, as I decided to add in a beachy color in the fall to keep summer around longer.
That’s a great idea, Lisa! Thanks for sharing!
I usually do traditional fall colors. This year I want to go more neutral. There are some great pictures here for inspiration. Thanks for helping me get some ideas!
Neutral definitely seems to be the trend this year and I’m loving it! 😉
