Hey, hey, hey! Happy Friday, my favorite people! Who else is ready for the weekend!? It cannot get here fast enough for me, even thought I have a ton of things to do this weekend. What started out as a simple little paint job in my living room has turned in to a complete reno. My house is completely torn apart right now and it’s causing me a wee bit of stress. I like everything in its place. Anybody else with me on that? Hopefully it won’t take too long to finish and I’ll have some amazing pics to share with you all soon.
In the meantime, I want to share with you the easiest fall wreath you will ever make. Seriously! I have never made a wreath before because I was always a little intimated by it. Believe it or not, I’m not very crafty. But, y’all! It doesn’t get any easier than this.
Supplies Needed:
- Grapevine Wreath
- Fall Floral Stems
- “Hi” Wood Word Sign
- Paper Clip
Steps to Create Fall Wreath:
1. Lay your grapevine wreath on a flat surface. I used an 18″ grapevine wreath, but you can choose any size you’d like.
2. Prepare your floral by cutting the stems, if needed. I picked up 4 fall floral stems from Hobby Lobby (when they were 40% off, of course). The floral all had short, brown stems so I didn’t have to cut them and they blended in with the color of the wreath. I’m all about easy peasy.
3. Weave your stems into the wreath. I didn’t use any wire or hot glue. I just weaved them right on in to the grapevine.
4. Attach your wood word sign to the wreath with a paper clip. Yep, it’s all I could find. But hey, it worked. I tried a hot glue gun at first, but that was a fail. Just straighten the paper clip and use it to wrap around the letters, attaching them to the grapevine in a few places.
You can see in the photo above that I attached the paper clip at the top and bottom of the H. Those are the only 2 places I attached it and it held securely in place.
I thought this gather wood sign would also be really cute for a fall wreath. You can change the wreath up however you’d like. I will definitely be making more of these. They are just too easy!
Fall is my absolute favorite season and I love decorating for it. I shared my Neutral Fall Decor Favorites last week and I can’t wait to start incorporating some of these into my new living room.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! Maybe you can incorporate a little wreath making into your weekend. 😉 Be blessed, my friends. xo
Love it! And love how easy it is. I may just have to make one! ☺
